We have a transparent booking process and no hidden administration costs. All of the below services will be included within our quoted price. We would be humbled to be part of remembering your loved one.

- Please send an initial enquiry using our booking form or by emailing Amy at info@coriniumartists.co.uk, providing as much information as you can, even if you are in the early stages of planning.

- We will respond within 24 hours by phone or email for a free informal discussion about your requirements and music choices. We can book any number of musicians, even at short notice

- We then provide you with a no obligation quotation by email, including different pricing options if you are undecided

- Once you are happy to proceed, we ask you to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the funeral (or before)

- We finalise music choices for the funeral with you and then we book​ the musicians. We have an exclusive list of superb solo singers, choral singers, organists and pianists. Every single musician is known to us both personally and professionally, so you can be sure of the highest standards

- We make contact with your venue, organiser, clergy or celebrant and take care of all the arrangements, access timings etc. We proof-read your order of service to check that the musical items and any hymns have the right text. We source and print all of the music copies for our musicians.

- On the day of the funeral, our musicians will arrive immaculately presented and ready to perform. They are sensitive and discreet and are well accustomed to performing at funerals. Our classically trained singers require no amplification - their voices will fill any venue. By arrangement with the venue, clergy or celebrant, they will meet an hour or two before the funeral start time to rehearse in the space and get everything sounding perfect. You will not need to do anything for us on the day - let us take care of everything.
