We provide solo singers, choirs, pianists and organists for both church weddings and non-religious ceremonies. We work closely with you to choose music that will tell your story as a couple, enhance the important moments in your ceremony and wow your guests. We have so often had comments that the music made the wedding. We like to think that the music makes the wedding yours.

From elegant bridal entrance music to roof-raising hymns, getting the flow of the service just right is an important art. We help you with all your musical choices and their order within the ceremony, and we take care of all the arrangements in booking exceptional musicians and managing them on the day. We also liaise with your venue, organiser, clergy or celebrant so that everything runs smoothly. In short, we take care of every last musical detail.

How do I book?

We have a transparent booking process and no hidden administration costs. All of the below services will be included within our quoted price. We really look forward to speaking with you about how we can enhance your ceremony.

Pricing

- Please send an initial enquiry using our booking form or by emailing Amy at info@coriniumartists.co.uk, providing as much information as you can, even if you are in the early stages of planning

- We will contact you to arrange a free informal online or phone consultation to discuss musical ideas for your ceremony

- We then provide you with a no obligation quotation by email, including different pricing options for different numbers of musicians if you are undecided on repertoire

- Once you are happy to proceed, you sign a simple contract to engage us for your wedding date

- We can continue to exchange emails with ideas and advice on musical repertoire, updates on your ceremony and looping us in to any relevant communication with your venue, organiser, clergy or celebrant

- 3 - 4 months before your wedding day, we have another phone or online consultation to finalise your music choices for the ceremony. At this point, we ask you to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the wedding (or before)

- 2 - 3 months before your wedding day, we book the musicians for your ceremony. We have an exclusive list of superb solo singers, choral singers, organists and pianists. Every single musician is known to us both personally and professionally, so you can be sure of the highest standards

- 1 month before your wedding day, we make contact again with your venue, organiser, clergy or celebrant and take care of all the arrangements, access timings etc. We proof-read your order of service to check that the musical items and any hymns have the right text. We source and print all of the music copies for our musicians.

- On your wedding day, our musicians arrive immaculately presented and ready to perform. Our classically trained singers require no amplification - their voices will fill any venue. By arrangement with your venue, they will meet an hour or two before your ceremony start time to rehearse in the space and get everything sounding perfect. All you'll need to do is walk down the aisle and enjoy!
